1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter the "Client") in the provision of Home Helper services.

2. Services Offered

2.1 The Provider offers services in the areas of household care, cleaning, home delivery of shopping, personal accompaniment, small repairs, pet care, and other activities by individual arrangement.
2.2 Services are provided in Teplice, Most, Ústí nad Labem, and the surrounding areas.
2.3 The scope and specification of services are always subject to an individual agreement between the Provider and the Client. 

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 The contractual relationship is created when the Provider confirms the Client's order (verbally, by phone, by email, or through the form on the website).
3.2 The order must include the scope of the requested service, the location, the date, and the Client's contact details.
3.3 The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order if the service cannot be provided due to capacity or technical reasons. 

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The price of services is determined individually according to the scope, complexity, and frequency of the service.
4.2 Prices are communicated in advance, and by confirming the order the Client agrees to the price.
4.3 Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 In the case of recurring services, regular invoicing may be arranged. 

5. Cancellation or Changes to Orders

5.1 The Client has the right to cancel or reschedule the service by phone or by email.
5.2 Cancellation less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price.
5.3 The Provider reserves the right to change the appointment due to operational or health reasons, always with prior notice to the Client. 

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1 The Provider undertakes to perform the services carefully, at the agreed time, and within the agreed scope.
6.2 The Client undertakes to enable the provision of the service (e.g., access to the premises) and to provide accurate information.
6.3 The Client undertakes to pay the agreed price.
6.4 The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the Client. 

7. Complaints

7.1 In case of dissatisfaction with the service provided, the Client has the right to file a complaint.
7.2 Complaints must be reported no later than 24 hours after the service has been provided.
7.3 The Provider undertakes to resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 14 calendar days. 

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1 The Provider processes Clients' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the GDPR.
8.2 Details on the processing of personal data are provided on the Privacy Policy (GDPR) page. 

9. Final Provisions

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are publicly available on the website www.pomocnikvdomacnosti.cz and in printed form upon request.
9.2 The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The new version becomes effective on the date of publication.
9.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective from July 12, 2025 and replace all previous versions.
